Description: 

   The fibers,either of single mode or multimode type,  are placed in  a loose tube made  of  high modulus  plastic.  The tubes are filled with a water-resistant  filling compound. A FRP  locates  in the enter of core as a  metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact 

and circular cable core. After water blocking tape is applied around the cable core, Aramid yarns are applied

 in sheath as strength member.this part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires as the supporting part 

are completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to be figure 8 structure. This kind of cable is specifically 

applied for self-supporting aerial installation.

Characteristics:

1. Accurate fiber excess length ensure a good performance of tensile strength and temperature.

2. High strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant and special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fiber.

3. The following measures are taken to ensure the cable watertight:

   Fiber Reinforced Plastics(FRP) as the central strength member

   Loose tube filling compound

   100% cable core filling

   Water blocking tape used

   Aramid yarns are applied in sheath as strength member

Optic fiber cable storage, transport and loading

Storage:

1. The temperature range : -50oC to +60oC

2. The cable place in a close region, not in rain , keep the environment is dry, clean.

Transport:

1.The temperature range : -50oC to +60oC

2. Non drum with optical fiber cable flat,drum inside the container need to be fortified with wooden blocks for preventing rolling.

Loading:

1. Loading the optical fiber cable should be used forklifts and other lifting equipment or special steps,non-optical fiber cable drum rolled down or thrown from the car directly.
